Took my 2 dogs to be groomed at All four pets, one of my dogs is very nervous around people so I was a little concerned but I knew that all four for pets had very good reviews on how they treat the animals there.
when I picked her up she come running up to me with her tail wagging this has to be a first im so impressed with the cut and the service I will be defiantly recommending them and I will be certainly using them again.

Took my two extremely matted Persians to Jane after losing routine with their home grooming. Left with much happier, more comfortable kitties, and solid advice from Jane to help keep them as beautifully maintained as they deserve.
Jane and her team handled my cats like they were their own, and treated them with care and respect. Will go back again and again. Thank you so much for seeing us so quickly too X

I took my french bulldog to these guys I told them she was a shy dog and very nervous I was assured that they would handle her with care and take their time with grooming her, I was a little worried about leaving her but tried not to show it they kept her for about one and a half hours. on my return, I could not believe what I was seeing my little shy girl was running playing around taking treats from one of the staff which I said she could have but wouldn’t take treats from anyone other than myself my little girl was so happy I could almost cry it was such a pleasure to see her like this she smelt lovely and looked fantastic healthy shiny coat more then a 5-star service thank you all so much

Jane did an absolutely great job with my puppy’s first groom. I was worried my puppy might be nervous but Jane did an amazing job and my puppy looked so happy!

My Staff and French Bulldog Rocky and Charlie had a lovely time at the parlour being groomed by Jane.

Rocky was reluctant to have his nails cut, so for a very reasonable extra charge, Jane suggested multiple visits to do a few nails at a time. 5 Star service.

Paddy was taken to see Jane for a haircut ahead of his memory walk for my Mum who passed away from Alzheimer’s. Paddy looked smart when presented with his medal and he really took to Jane.

Brought my cat to get groomed today and was really happy with the service. She came back to me looking and smelling amazing! Very friendly service and most importantly my cat was happy and comfortable there would definitely recommend to others!
